Meet Us

We are senior level nursing students from the Honors Program at Molloy College. For our final project we focused on stress: how it effects our bodies, how to cope with it and how people coped with it in the past.   We have taken theology, ethics, art history, philosophy, sociology, literature and music history classes. We studied how these areas can help in stress reduction and coping. We hope this website is informative as well as resourceful. We want to thank Dr. Kathleen Lamaute, our advisor who guided us during the process of creating the website. We also want to thank the students from our campus who are part of the video "How Molloy Students Coped with Stress" which is featured below.

Stress & Coping

How students at Molloy College coped during the pandemic:

This video features students from Molloy who are sharing their experiences and difficulties when adjusting to the pandemic. They were asked questions about how the pandemic affected their daily life and what helped them cope during this stressful time. We would like to thank the students featured in this video for being open and honest when sharing their experiences with us. The students in the video are mentioned below (in the order they appear in the video). Enjoy!
